UPDATE: Fixed in 1.14. Works now fine with my TV and other non-WMP devices. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great UI and well thought out design. Would have been The Best if it was DLNA compliant. I've developed DLNA players myself so I took a look why it failed to find my 100% DLNA certified devices, like my TV. Turns out it detects them fine, but then it uses hardcoded URL's to get the device description. These URL's exist on WMP and XBox, but are not standardised, so are allowed to be anything else. App should parse the initial device description XML better. Sorry if this is technical mubo-jumbo, but in plain English: great with WMP/XBox, but good chance it fails with other stuff until they fix this. Would have given 5 stars and bought it, if fixed.

Only DLNA playback app I've found and works great by Matt
The overall features of this app are solid but what I was looking for was a DLNA receiver to playback music from another media server which is the host/player. This app let me easily configure itself to do this (renderer?) and has an excellent GUI to boot. My primary music streamer is Jamcast and AV Remote connected seamlessly. This Surface RT may live on after all!

Works perfectly with Chromecast and all the features appear to function as promised. Thanks to the developer for filling a gap in the Windows Phone market. On a side-note, I'd love to see Netflix and Hulu integration!
