App Installer

I'm glad, this makes sideloading a lot easier. All I want now is Windows 10 mobile support.

Windows 10 is finally an open platform that doesn't require the Store to distribute Universal Programs. Now PLEASE port this to Windows 10 Mobile and it will become a better development platform than ANY of it's competitors.

Why can't this install unsigned apps? How am I supposed to distribute the app I made? I don't want to use Windows Store, I don't want to buy a code signing certificate, and I certainly don't want to have a tutorial on my website explaining how to install my app with PowerShell. Give the user a scary warning message for all I care, but let them install it! I want to get on board with your new platform Microsoft, but you're making it difficult!

It installs apps, and I like that.

Error Code 0x803F8001 is the problem I am unable to solve for this application. Please help me with this issue or at least tell me how to uninstall this app if it's not an important one.
