SKYWARN Advanced

This application is built to assist the SKYWARN spotter while in and during observation of weather elements. This app defaults to KOKX and KBOX for WFO's. Due to Windows developer limitations of app size, we can not encompass all of NOAA's data in a single app. Therefore the app must be modified to each NOAA region. Per special request, we will customize this app for local regions. Proof of spotter assigned number from WFO is necessary since WFO numbers are non-published. This app provides a 911 dialer as well as WFO spotter access numbers. and email sending options for weather media. This app also contains storm velocity images in addition to standard NEXRAD RADAR. "Live Tile" binds to local or nearest airport metar conditions. Included is SPC Home Page, Extended 4-8 Day Outlooks, SPC Twitter Emergency, and SPC Storm Reports.
