Biomechanically Fit has over 150 free home workout routines that includes workouts using your own body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and TRX. This program gives you the choice of beginner, intermediate and advance level options, so there is no excuse. Each workout includes a warm-up, 2-3 working sets followed by a cool-down.
You now have 24 free home workouts to choose from each equipment option that ranges between 30-45 minutes, plus additional abs and flexibility workouts. It’s easy and free to get started, just choose your goal, equipment option and level. You will then be able to choose a home workout routine to perform for the day.
