This app was created as a picture editor that is more advanced than Microsoft Paint, but way more user friendly than GIMP or Photoshop. This app will let you drag and drop photos and/or text. Photos can also be enlarged or shrunk. Change text font, font color, font background, and/or font size. Photos can be uploaded as a background as well. When done, press print, and the photo will be saved to your Pictures Library and is able to be printed to pdf or to printer.
