VGAudio

A program for encoding, decoding, and manipulating audio files from video games.

Can convert between any supported formats. Conversions between formats using the same audio codec are lossless. Includes looping support, with loop point alignment. Supports setting optional parameters for the created file including interleave size, seek-table settings, and more.

Supported file types: DSP BRSTM/BCSTM/BFSTM HPS IDSP ATRAC9 ADX HCA BRWAV/BCWAV/BFWAV WAVE GENH (Read-only, Nintendo ADPCM only)
