guestoo Check-In

Check in and out your guests quickly & conveniently - including name tag printing.

Here's how:

Simply log in with your existing guestoo account.

Set the desired behavior of the app. For example, check-in only and direct printing of the name tag after a successful check-in.

Scan your guests' tickets with a barcode scanner (which should also be able to read QR codes). The app quickly and clearly shows you whether it is a valid ticket or the guest is already logged in. You can immediately see if there are any accompanying persons and can check them in as well. If a guest has forgotten their ticket, you can find the guest with 2 clicks and then check them in.

The guestoo Check-in App requires that you have a guestoo account or have been invited by an organizer as a check-in manager.
