Alice follows a White Rabbit down a rabbit hole. There, she has many wondrous, often bizarre adventures with thoroughly imaginary. Often changing size unexpectedly (she grows as tall as a house and shrinks to three inches), Alice encounters such characters as the March Hare, the Cheshire Cat, the Duchess, the Mad Hatter, the Mock Turtle, and the Red Queen.
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was written by Lewis Carroll and first published in 1865. The real name of Lewis Carroll is Professor Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, and he is a mathematician, so the Alice also knew mathematics well. It is the world’s most famous children’s book!
