PersonalMailer Free

Personal Mailer enables the sending of personalized serial e-mail. Use the program for personal customer contact, for newsletters or other informations to customers and interested parties.

Text fields can be used to include recipient-specific data in your email text or subject. Your messages create the appearance of personally created emails.

The handling of personal mailer is very easy. First select a database from which the program can determine email addresses and fill text fields. Currently the software processes all Microsoft Excel formats and CSV files. Unlike all online solutions, all customer data remains DSGVO compliant and secure within your own systems.

Then create your email in a Microsoft Word like editor. Anywhere text fields can be used, which are filled at the shipping for each recipient from your database.

Start shipping. Personal Mailer generates all messages and sends them directly via your SMTP mail server. Alternatively, if you want to send your messages via Outlook, search for the product PersonalOfficeMailer in the Store.

Personal Mailer is completely free to use in this limited program version. You can send a maximum of 50 messages with this program version. If you want to reach more recipients, this is possible with the PRO version.
