Using the 151-151 media file management system will save you time writing notes, improve meeting efficiency and reduce misunderstandings, arguments and disputes.
It provides a better, more accurate and easier way of keeping track of what was said during meetings and conversations.
The 151-151 ProV2 Desktop app for Windows allows you to use your PC or laptop to make sound and video recordings of your important meetings and conversations and attach time-tags. The tags will highlight the important sections within your recordings where you make conclusions and decisions, or discuss specific topics.
So that you can easily distribute the 100% accurate record of what was said during your meeting (along with the time-tags that highlight the important sections) the app offers you the choice to upload the recordings + tags to the 151-151 management console.
The web based 151-151 media file management console will generate a unique web URL for the uploaded meeting recording. You can then easily distribute that URL to anyone appropriate, so they too can easily review what was said and agreed in the meeting.
If the combination of media recording and associated time-tags is not a sufficient formal record for your meeting, the app also allows you to quickly generate a meeting minutes document.
Once your meeting recording is uploaded to the management console, you can choose to generate a transcript of the media file at any time. Transcripts can be generated for the whole media file or just a set of selected time periods defined by the time tags. Content from the transcripts and any typed notes can be imported into the document clipboard feature. The document clipboard is used to bring together all the information you need to to generate the Meeting Minutes document.
The generated minutes document (or any other document) can also be published to the 151-151 management console so it is available to anyone looking at the meeting record via their web browser.
