Tango Reserve Room Kiosk

Room Kiosk is an interactive Windows-based interactive digital sign for meeting rooms and workspaces which display today’s schedule for that space and allows instant reservations and check-ins. Using the touchscreen interface, reservations can be made, checked in and out, and time extended and LED lights visually indicate the status of the meeting room. Each Room Kiosk sign comes delivered with the necessary hardware, system software and application necessary for full function.

By providing an interactive interface to Tango Reserve just outside a conference room, users can more quickly find an available space or more easily check into a space they have previously reserved. No need to log into a web browser or knock on the door and ask, “is this room available?”
