Description
Math Wrench is a simple mathematical application that will allow users (teachers or students) to perform mathematical operations on the input data (provided by the users) with the following nine modules:
1. TRIGONOMETRY: This module allows the calculation of hypotenuse, trigonometric ratios and arc length in degrees as well as the radians mode.
2. EQUATION SOLVER: This module allows the calculation of any custom algebraic expression as well as the calculation of cubic and quadratic equations.
3. SHAPES: This module allows the calculation of area, volume and perimeter for nine shapes namely: Triangle, Circle, Cube, Cylinder, Square Rectangle, Parallelogram, Cone and Sphere. 4. MATRICES: This module allows the single as well as multiple matrices calculations. For single matrix, the module will allow the calculation of operations such as transpose, determinant, frobenius norm, ad joint, inverse, negate and so on whereas for multiple matrices it allows the calculation of addition, subtraction and the multiplication of those matrices. 5. DISTRIBUTION AND STATISTICS: This module allows the statistical calculation to be performed on the sample data set provided by the user. Some examples of the operations which can be performed are: Finding mean, standard deviation, mode, median and so on. 6. CONVERIONS: This module allows the conversion of the input data from one system of units to another. Conversion categories include temperature, length, mass and volume. 7. SPECIAL FUNCTIONS: This module allows the calculation of certain special functions such as Beta, Gamma, Logarithmic, Exponential etc. based on the input data which can be complex as well as real.
8. COMBINATORICS:
This module allows the calculation of factorials, permutations, combinations and simple probability.
