Logicing's Evaluate helps smooth and accelerate collaborative decision making. It allows a group to capture their collective experience and judgement and produce high quality decisions without endless opinionated debate and without falling into the trap of group think. Based on the respected Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) a decision analysis process that has been widely used with good success in business and government for over 30 years. It provides a systematic way for the group to rank options for accomplishing a goal based on prioritized factors using pair-wise comparisons. Evaluate makes it quick and practical to follow a logical decision-making process: 1. Describe your goal. 2. Establish your options. 3. Identify factors that affect your decision. 4. Compare the factors. 5. For each factor, compare the options. 6. Check your logical consistency. 7. Use the calculated priorities to inform your decision. Each group member can apply their unique experience and skills while making pairwise comparisons between options and between factors, then Evaluate will show the combined group consensus. Evaluate also automatically checks how logically consistent the comparisons are and provided feedback when the level of logical inconsistency becomes too high.
The result is the calculated relative priority of each option that indicates how well each option works as a means of accomplishing the goal giving your group confidence you are making a decision that you won't regret later.

The basic version of Evaluate stores all the data you enter only in the file locations you choose. Your information remains under your complete control at all times. Future premium add-on features will include hierarchical multi-level Factors to decompose more complex problems and secure cloud-based collaboration that makes it easier for larger groups to share data.
