• Choose between losing a fixed amount or percent of body weight each week. • Optionally recalculate your goal each week based on the results from the prior week. • Choose the value you want to use for your weekly weigh-in, from low weight, high weight, and average weight. • Restrict the day your weigh in counts towards your weekly goal. • Unlimited users.


Free version allows one weight entry per week. Upgrade to premium for unlimited weight entries and ad removal.
