The AGCO Retail App enables an AGCO Dealer to perform key sales activities on a mobile device; including:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): • Account Management - Use accounts to store information about customers or individuals you do business with • Contact Management - Create contacts instantly or use with ‘Account Management’ to build a profile of your customer • Opportunity Management - Create and maintain opportunities, with the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently
Configure Price Quote (CPQ): • Reduce Sales Cycle - Generate quotes faster without sacrificing accuracy. Thus, close deals faster. • Increase Revenue - Help with cross-selling and up-selling suggestions during the quoting process. • Improved Customer Satisfaction – Recommend the best products, service or bundles to the end customer. Stay up to date with the most accurate and latest prices.
Sales Order Enquiry: • Check current status of all open orders • View Order History
With the ability to function both online and offline our dealers will always have access to key information when interacting with their customer base.
Highlights include:
1. Quick creation of opportunities/contacts with minimal information.
2. Create or manage customer records online in real time.
3. Configure machines/accessories alongside the customer in any location.
4. Any information entered into the AGCO Smart Sales App while offline will successfully update in AGCO systems once dealer’s device is back online.
