Can PhoMo make any photo move? • No, you must enable the motion-photo feature on your smartphone before taking the photo. • PhoMo can view your still photos though.

Why does the motion photo display on my smartphone but not on my PC? • Often other apps will edit/remove the photo's metadata, including the motion photo. • Try transferring the JPG/HEIC files directly via USB cable to your PC for viewing with PhoMo. • OneDrive also works great for transferring motion-photo files to your PC for viewing with PhoMo.
