In Automotive Systems Engineering office documents are very often applied for capturing and maintaining engineering data, in most cases spreadsheets are used. It's surprising how far you come with just filtering and sorting data and starting multiple calculations based on those data. But most of the engineering decisions rely on semiformal dependencies between data. They have multiple dimensions and need the interpretation of the engineer himself. This app has been created to support engineers to make reliable decisions: 1. Spreadsheets are read in from the local computer 2. By selecting a sheet and the relevant columns of the dedicated table, data are filled into defined engineering work products provided by the app 3. Loaded engineering data are verified against the work products and powerful, model-based analysis techniques are applied based on the engineering view (e.g. functional safety) 4. Verified and analysed data are then stored back in spreadsheets
