From notifications about the arrival of the engineer or the delivery at the customer’s premises via text message to live on-route tracking, the waiting time is kept as short as possible for the customer. The link to dynamic route scheduling (FLS Real-Time-Scheduling) ensures maximum agility, so that even same-day and adhoc requests can be easily integrated into the route schedule.

FLS’s Flexible Form Editor
FLS’s form editor allows you to create custom forms and templates for use on your mobile devices or laptops. This enables you to take your actual work flows and paper-based processes and digitalize them – no programming skills required! With the flexible form editor you can not only create the forms and make changes to them, you can push out the updates yourself. The form-editor works within the already familiar Windows interface. As easy as the click of a mouse you can add elements such as: text fields, drop-down boxes, check-boxes, selection lists, etc. You can link fields within the digital forms to create workflows and you can add validation checks on the inputs. Put the power into the hands of your team and let them validate their start of work and give them the possibility to report directly on-site, in a logical and error-free fashion - via forms and flows that you create.
