Word Squares Maker

Word Squares Maker makes word squares of sizes 3 to 6 where all rows and columns spell dictionary words. The user can ask to resize, solve, scramble or flip the square up and across.

There are no individual difficulty levels to select but each time the user presses the scramble button, another word square letter pair is scrambled, making it more and more difficult to solve. The user can press the solution key at any time.

When the user selects a letter block in the square, it turns green until a second letter is selected and automatically exchanged. The words that are correctly spelled are displayed in blue and incorrect words are displayed in red. The program uses the UKACD Advanced Cryptics Dictionary of approved words.
