Are you up to the challenge of running a profitable farm? There are bank deposits and loans and interest rates to manage. Crops have to be planted, grown and harvested. Vegetables need to be sold. Christmas trees can be planted, grown, decorated and sold. Cats and kittens expect to be cared for. And if you are not careful, a wolf pack or fox or even a grasshopper attack will get you.
