It may seem impossible to easily bring sensor data from the Arduino to your PC, but with LOGGBOK things look a little bit different.
This windows applications is made for this specific purpose, it even monitors the values and in case they go off-limits, notifies you via email. Just connect your sensors to the board, install the companion Arduino Library, add the sensors in your Arduino sketch and upload it to the board...and start logging!
