Image Vectorizer

Image vectorizer can convert most image file types (BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, ...) to Vector graphics. Vector graphics are scaleable and do not pixelate at higher zoom levels.

Raster images are created with pixel-based software or captured with a camera or scanner. One of the main disadvantages is that raster images cannot be resized without losing quality. If the image is magnified enough, its artifacts appear. The halftone dots, film grains, and pixels become apparent. Images of sharp edges become fuzzy or jagged. See, for example, pixelation. Conversely, vector graphics can be scaled to any size without any loss in quality. vector graphics can be used for logos, page layout, type, line art, or illustrations

You can Vectorize both black and white or colorful images. and there is an option for setting output color count. also, Image Vectorizer gives you lots of options for changing output vector for example rotating, changing the color of background and foreground and tuning the tracing algorithm, and lots more.
