Beschreibung

What is your maximum lift in bench press? Deadlift? Squat? Or any other exercise? This calculator will show you! This calculator is based on a formula by Matt Brzycki. Just do a set to failure on any exercise, then enter in how much weight you did and how many reps you finished (without help). This app also include a percentage table which shows you percentage of your maximum lift ranging from 95% to 50%.
