VideoCamBuffer

VideoCamBuffer allows you to capture video using your devices into a circular disk buffer in the videos library. It keeps video data up to 60 minutes. You can use the app as a security camcorder or for any other purposes, e.g., keeping a record of your experience in a short road trip.
