A busy life is a happy one, but how do we organise time for those activities that get neglected or overlooked. Time Management is a simple but effective way of keeping a record of Activities, enabling one to manage time more effectively.
The Time Management database will store Activities, which can be added, edited, copied, completed and deleted from a Time Sheet designed to both show currently open and finished Activities. A separate page lists all completed activities and gives a indication of the time taken for completion.
An information page is enclosed to give basic advise on the Time Management app and its use.
Both the New and Completed Activity pages make use of current time settings, which can be activated by submitting the page without making alterations if you wish.
To complete a task, an icon with a flag is shown below each task on the time sheet, after it has been added as a new activity. Feel free to alter the finish time if you wish, but remember to press the tick button if you do.
When you use the copy page, select the copy activity from the left hand menu and all activities are shown. The icon at the base of each task will select that task and duplicate it. The text remains unchanged, but can be edited. The date and time can also be adjusted, but remember to press the tick icon to set ether the date and / or the time. The finish time is not included and needs to be set on the time sheet.
