Text to Speech and MP3 Saver

This app provides user to read text file or copy text from the other app, and would transform the text to speech or user could choose to transform text into MP3 audio file within the application. 2. The app provides web browser and text to speech function, the user simply browsing the web, highlighting the desired text, and let the app in your selected language (must correspond to the language of the highlight text) speak aloud for you. Or you can copy the selected text to "Text View" to transform the text to speech or into MP3 audio file. 3. This app also provides RSS web browser and text to speech function, the user simply browsing the RSS web, highlighting the desired text, and let the app in your selected language (must correspond to the language of the highlight text) speak aloud for you. Or you can copy the selected text to "Text View" to transform the text to speech or into MP3 audio file. 4. In order to speak the text, user should add installing the necessary language pack from the language item in the Control Console in advance. 5. User could also record oneself into a MP3 audio file while learning the speaking practice. 6. This app only supports Windows 8.1, if your OS is Windows 8 please upgrade to Windows 8.1. 7.
