RENTAL PROPERTY ANALYSIS

This is a program that is particularly interesting and useful from the point of view of real estate investment: it is the analysis or evaluation of the rental of a property that benefits from a loan to establish the monthly payments and the cash flow (neglecting to consider the effects of depreciation). You will need to provide the computer with the data relating to the amount of the loan, the annual interest rate and the duration of the loan itself, the annual insurance, taxes and maintenance costs paid in one year, in addition to the monthly rental income.
