MCU 收到 0x12345678 发送 flash 大小和 接收缓冲区大小。并擦除flash，准备接收数据。
-1 更新错误 0 没有更新 1 更新成功 错误代码 0xE1 超时 0xE2 数据包长度错误 0xE3 数据包校验错误 0xE4 写入flash 错误 0xAD 完成
