此工具用于将旧文件(3.1.9.0或更早的版本)格式更新至符合版本(3.1.10.0)的格式。
使用方法(步骤)： (1)点击按钮[open folder ...]打开文件夹，将(3.1.9.0)或更早版本创建的文件放到此文件夹。 (2)点击按钮[load all filename]，在右边的下拉框中选择你在步骤1中放入的文件。 (3)点击按钮[update file]。 (4)如果更新成功最终会显示[更新完成]。
