CFLend

CFLend allows the user to structure and price virtually any fixed rate loan or non-tax lease. Although CFLend is an entry level program it still offers a host of advanced features including the ability to save and open data files, create templates, easily access recently viewed files, and the ability to set system wide variables and preferences. Most importantly, CFLend includes a proprietary algorithm called StructureIQ that ensures that every payment structure generated by the program conforms to real world lease or loan repayment conventions. CFLend provides a full range of reports that prove all calculations. The reports include Average Life, Day Count, Amortization, Present Value of Rent, and Purchase Price and are fully exportable to Microsoft Excel as “Live” spreadsheets complete with all applicable cell formulas. The Live spreadsheet option means that all of CFLend’s calculations are effectively proved by Excel. If the user’s job involves structuring loans and leases or creating amortization tables for the same, then CFLend is an ideal solution.
