BALLOON PAYMENT CALCULATION

A balloon payment provides for the payment of a rather large amount, a last payment, to be made at the end of a specified period and which will extinguish the debt. The program proposed here calculates, in fact, the amount of this last payment, requesting as input data the amount of the loan, the annual interest rate, the term of the loan and the year in which the balloon payment is due.
