AGRA Offline

The AGRA Monitoring & Evaluation Information System (AGRA M&E IS) is an automated monitoring and evaluation information system (M&E IS) developed by Synergy International Systems for Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) to have a centralized Results Management Information System. As such, the AGRA M&E IS application is designed to support the AGRA’s commitment to transformation of the agricultural landscape of Africa and serves as a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework called to capture data on concurrent input-output, process monitoring, and periodic impact assessment. AGRA DE Offline is supplementing Online AGRA M&E IS IPTT (Indicator Progress Tracking Table) data entry functions and providing the AGRA M&E IS users with a tool to work with for data entry purposes in case of poor or interrupted Internet connectivity.
