Plank Timer Bot challenge you to maintain a push-up position for several minutes using different plank combos. This app will guide you through increasing difficult plank exercise levels helping you to get flat abs and strong core.


Planks available inside the app are suitable for both men and women. To achieve best results, practice plank workouts each day at least 5 minutes.


At more advanced levels, timer for plank workout can be customized to your needs.


No other exercise is needed when you can have different types of planks, as planks are a great way to build muscles and overall balance of your body.
