Screen Measure

Screen Measure is a light-weight utility program for measuring the size and orientation of objects on your screen. Just click Measure in the program dialog. The dialog then disappears, revealing all the underlying screen. Drag over the object of interest, and when you release the mouse, the dialog reappears showing the measurement data.

By default Screem Measure simply reports dimensions in pixels, but if there is a calibration image available, then it can report the actual dimensions of the object.

Screen Measure can measure objects using a line, rectangle, oval, polygon or free-form shape. It can also create tracks by identifying successive locations in an image. For a video image, the track can include measurements made from a sequence of frames, thus enabling velocity to be measured, as well as location.
