All the main functionality of Omber is available for free. No purchase is necessary for normal vector drawing tasks. Omber does offer a subscription that unlocks a few optional extra features. If you are uncomfortable with subscription-based software, there is also a pro edition of the app called Omber Pro which has all the extra features permanently unlocked.
