It identifies trends by looking for repeated keywords in text fields extracted from Dynamics 365 views, and then groups those records by keyword for further investigation. Keywords considered to be noise words for the domain can be removed after text analysis for further time saving. Records can be tagged and marked as read so that if they appear associated with other keywords they can be easily identified as reviewed, reducing repetition.
