User Instructions:

Getting Started: Launch the PrintIEasy app on your device. You will be greeted with an intuitive interface, purposefully designed for ease of use.

Selecting PDF Documents: Click on the "Select PDFs" button. Navigate to the location of your desired PDF files and select all the documents you wish to bundle. The selected files will now be displayed in the list below.

Reordering & Organizing: To rearrange the order of the documents in the bundle, click on the desired document to select it. Then use the "Move Up" or "Move Down" buttons as needed. If you wish to remove a document from the bundle, select it and click the "Remove" button.

Previewing Your Bundle: Once you're satisfied with the order of your documents, click on the "Preview Bundle" button to view the merged document. This allows you to ensure everything is in order before finalizing.

Naming and Saving: Provide a name for your merged file in the "Merged File Name" entry box. Click on the "Create Bundle" button. If a file with the same name already exists, you'll be prompted to choose another name. Once saved successfully, you'll receive a notification.

Clearing Metadata: For added confidentiality, PrintIEasy offers the option to clear metadata of the merged PDF. After creating your bundle, you'll be prompted if you wish to clear the metadata. Click "Yes" to proceed or "No" if you'd like to skip this step.

Viewing the Final Bundle: After merging and optionally clearing metadata, the app will automatically open the bundled PDF for you. From here, you can save, share, or print the document as per your needs.
