Desk Time is a desktop app which helps freelancers or anybody looking for a way to track their activities on personal computer and conveniently organize them by project.

It is our first product, born out of the need for a simple tool to achieve those purposes while respecting your personal data privacy. That is why we store your data locally on your device, not on external database or server, minimizing the risk of data breaches through a third party. We are proud to say that we are committed to putting data privacy as our top priority: All our products are consciously designed to keep your data safe on your own machine and under your own control. Desk Time is one of them.

Latest update in Apr 2024: Our regular updates now ensure more robust functionality for tracking application usage data, creating backups, and managing backup storage.

First version published in Feb 2024: Tracks desktop activity usage, gives instant access to your daily screen statistics, offers quick query about a specific app and drills down into their usage history.

Upcoming upgrade: Expected to be launched in June 2024.

The addition of the Projects feature will help users manage their time within a specific project based on their own definitions. This solution will enable freelancers to quickly measure their project time without the need for manual record-keeping, ensuring transparency with clients or partners.
