Collaboration Recall is a RECORDING app designed and written specifically for the Surface Hub. It will capture everything done ON and IN front of the Surface Hub. It will record everything you see (WYSIWYG), including pen strokes and touch screen interaction. You have options to capture every bit of speaker audio coming out and every bit of microphone audio coming in. You can select to record the camera for your training sessions and it can even record your full Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams meeting as guest or host. The RECALL MP4 media file can be saved locally on the Surface Hub or directly to your attached USB storage. Surface Hub 1 capture resolution for 55" Surface Hub = 1920 x 1080 and 84" Surface Hub = 3840 x 2160. Collaboration Recall will work on the Surface Hub 1, Surface Hub 2 and any Windows 10 device (including S Mode) that allows the Windows App Store. It is a full UWP app certified by Microsoft. Future features will include OneDrive, Cloud services or streaming save. This native utility application was written from the ground up specifically for the Surface Hub and is the only app in the world that can provide this type of functionality. PLEASE NOTE: Download the TRIAL version first for your testing. There is a 5 min capture limit for the TRIAL version. Purchase the FULL version for UNLIMITED time capture (dependent on the amount of free space on your attached USB storage device). LICENSING INFORMATION: For the full version you will need one license per one device install. Anyone can use the app on that device though - it doesn't have to be install account. The license is tied to the user account that purchased it and can be uninstalled and re-installed on another device if need be. For bulk licenses installations - this can be done via the Microsoft Business App store if your devices are handled by InTune. Just purchase for the number of devices you wish to install on. If you don't have InTune for app deployment, we can arrange for a manual code which can be reused for the amount of licenses purchased. Contact [email protected] for any questions or assistance. Saving to OneDrive / Sharepoint is still a manual operation sorry. Just save the file onto the Surface Hub, login to O365 and manually copy to OneDrive or Sharepoint.
