I paid for this app and it does less than other free apps,ie: Voice navigation, alternate route dude tho traffic or construction,etc. Please fix this don't left those other apps make you look foolish

I want a refund

It won't let me use the app without rating it first, and my very first search for a prominent local museum said no matches could be found. Quite tacky to force me to rate something I've never used, and then have it not work.

I am just saying I am only trying this once and you normally DONT HAVE SOMEONE RATE SOMETHING BEFORE USING IT.I HAVENT USED IT YET BUT BY READING REVIEWS YOU HAVE NO VOICE GUIDANCE AND DONT YOU KNOW THE LAW DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO FOCUS ON YPUR PHONE?I JUST WANT MY REFUND CAUSE THIS IS JUST A WAY TO CON SOMEONE TO YOUR SITE SAYING ITS GOOD WHEN YOU HAVENT TRIED IT,SECOND CHARGE BEFORE TRYING IT.HOW DUE YOU GET AWAY WITH THIS?ITS NICE TO KNOW YOU CANT USE IT TILL YOU RATE IT AND TELLING US TO GIVE 5 STARS THAT IS UP TO US TO DECIDE AND THE LADY WAS RIGHT YOU CANT USE IT TILL YOU RATE IT.I WANT A FULL REFUND OR I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE ATTORNEY GRNERALS OFFICE.THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS.YOU ARE A CON MAKE PEOPLE PAY AND HAVE TO RATE IT BEFORE USING IT IS NO WAY TO GO.I AM SORRY FOR gOJNG OFF LIKE THIS BUT IT TRUE.WOULD YOU LIKE THIS TO HSPPEN TO YOU?

I thought this app had voice navigation

No voice. Not what I thought. Difficult to understand how it works. I needed a travel-voice navigation app. Will work with it and if experience improves I will rate again.
